  • Where do you provide your services?

    We currently offer our room decor setups and proposal services in Houston, TX, and the surrounding areas.

  • Do you offer clean-up services after the setup?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide clean-up services. However, our setups are designed to be easy to tidy up once your special moment is over.

  • Can you set up in private homes or outdoor spaces?

    For safety and logistical reasons, we only provide room decor setups at hotels and proposals at pre-approved indoor or outdoor locations.

Room Decor Setups

  • How does the hotel room decoration setup work?

    After booking your desired time and date, we’ll confirm your reservation details and provide the name of the team member assigned to your setup. You’ll need to add their name to your hotel reservation for key access. Once on-site, we’ll take care of decorating the room according to your chosen package.

  • What types of hotels do you work with?

    We can work with most hotels, as long as the hotel permits external decorators. We recommend confirming with the hotel before booking your package.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like holidays or special events.

Proposal Packages

  • Do you provide outdoor proposal setups?

    Yes, we can set up outdoor proposals, provided the location is pre-approved and allows for our decor and equipment. Additional fees may apply for setup in public spaces.

  • What happens if it rains for an outdoor proposal?

    We recommend having an indoor backup location in case of inclement weather. If this isn’t possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling within our availability.

  • Can I customize the proposal setup?

    Absolutely! Our team will work with you to customize the backdrop, neon sign, and other details to make the moment uniquely yours.

  • How far in advance should I book my proposal package?

    For proposals, we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to allow time for design customization and logistics planning.

  • Do you have preferred venues for proposals?

    Yes! After booking, we can provide you with a list of our preferred venues in Houston to help make your proposal even more special.

Payment & Booking

  • How do I secure my booking?

    A deposit is required to secure your date and time. For romantic room setups, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the day of your event. For proposals, the balance must be paid 3 days prior to your event.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All payments are nonrefundable. 

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, we offer payment plans for select packages. Contact us to discuss your options.
